Our head office is situated on the Promenade in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham and it's from here that our highly trained Consultants are supported and our client services are provided.

By operating from one central location and making the best use of communication technology we are able to minimise our costs and pass on these savings to our valued clients, so our service charges remain amongst the most competitive available anywhere.

We also regularly conduct market research amongst other Legal practices to ensure that our charges remain market leaders, so our clients can rest assured that our services will always represent excellent value for money.

The fundemental base for all estate planning is a comprehensive and up-to-date Will. This is the starting point for our Consultants when visiting clients and any other planning advice will build upon this base. Existing Wills can be reviewed to establish whether they remain effective, if not, a new Will is prepared because this is generally cheaper and more simple than arranging for updates to be made.

All Wills are structured in accordance with the guidelines of the Society of Estate Practitioners and Trustees, which is the professional standard used by all good Legal practices and Solicitors. We can also call upon over 30 years of legal experience from our retained Lawyer and other professional resources, so our clients can rely on the advice we provide.

We are members of the Society of Will Writers, the leading professional body in our industry, so our clients have the security and peace of mind of knowing that we follow their guidelines and hold all necessary insurances. Public Liability Insurance covers our advice up to an individual claim limit of £2,000,000 per client, but we have never had a claim made against us.

Our Consultants primarily work from home and all are based in the local comunity, close to the clients they visit. By making efficient use of technology our Consultants are able to take client instructions and deal with other matters all in JUST ONE VISIT.
